La Manga Beach Apartment

La Manga Beach Apartment is a newly built apartment and situated on the La Manga strip. The strip is a 23Km sand spit which means spectacular sea views and beautiful beaches. The apartment is situated on a quiet beach with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, the Mar Menor and the coastal islands a short boat ride away. The apartment has it’s own pool and beachside gardens. The nearby Marina has many activities for everyone with shops and restaurants and boast a colourful diversion from relaxation of swimming, and gazing out to sea.

The apartment is within easy reach of everything so you will be spoilt for choice! The Mar Menor is always warm and has a captivating charm with it’s array of fishing and sailing boats and water sports including jet skiing. The bars and restaurants here pride themselves with quality service and food this is definitely not for the fast food junkies although one burger king has been allowed onto the exclusive La Manga strip.  This area is the holiday resort for the Spanish and as such it has a pleasant mixture of holiday facilities but also supports a thriving resident population which speaks volumes for the quality and ambiance of the area, no British pubs or chips with everything!

La Manga is situated in the beautiful Murcia region in the south of Spain blessed with secluded sun kissed beaches cooled by the warm breeze from the Mediterranean. Cartagena and Murcia historic town is only a short bus ride or drive away.

The long strip of land separating the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor (inland sea) is usually only one Kilometre across, which means you always have the choice of two beaches and are surrounded by sea.  The beaches on the inner side of this strip are usually home to warm, shallow waters which are suitable for all ages including small children, whilst the Mediterranean side of the strip is the more windier and better for the more active holiday visitors.

To the rear of the apartment is the Mar Menor or inland sea with it’s own luxurious beaches and beachside restaurants.
